Andy is responsible for driving Fourways forward and developing the company's service offering. He has worked in the automotive sector his whole career and cites Fourways' strong customer service focus as a key reason for joining the business.
Julia runs the reservations team and ensures customer requirements are met on a day-to-day basis. She has over 22 years' experience in the rental industry and is now moving towards her 8th year at Fourways.
Karen is a central member of the Fourways team and is responsible for the smooth running of the company's administration and invoicing processes. She has worked at Fourways for over 2 years.
Nicky is a vital member of the Reservations Team, specialising in tracking down hard to find commercial vehicles. She holds nearly 20 years' customer services experience and has been with Fourways for nearly 18 months.
Jayne is a key member of the Reservations Team and is responsible for all vehicle pre-checks. She has a wealth of experience in customer service spanning over 30 years, has worked at Fourways for over 3 years and looks forward to a successful future with the company.
Jill's main responsibility is to administer the P11D process and ensure any damage claims are managed efficiently. She possesses a wealth of experience in the retail and management sectors, working at Fourways for nearly 3 years.
Janet is responsible for Fourways’ key accounts and has spent the majority of her working life in vehicle rental. One of the founders of the company she has gained experience at some of the industry’s largest rental and leasing companies.
Gemma’s role involves bringing new business onboard to Fourways. She holds over 7 years’ experience in the rental industry, in jobs spanning operations, account management and sales. She is in her first year with the business and strongly believes in going the extra mile for each and every customer.
Andrew is a key member of Fourways’ Business Development Team. He has worked for some of the industry’s biggest names and his experience spans remarketing, contract hire, rental and direct vehicle sales. This expertise allows him to provide insightful advice to both existing and prospective Fourways customers.
