Furthermore, I have complied with all internal procedures of the applicant authorising me to sign this agreement on its behalf. I authorise Fourways Solutions Ltd to check references pertaining to our credit responsibility, and authorise said referees to release credit information appropriate to Fourways terms.

I understand that payment becomes due 30 days from the date of invoice and payment will be collected by direct debit on or around 25th of each month.
