The Team

We have a dedicated Reservations Team based at our head office who specialise in sourcing all types of rental vehicles for our customers. From standard cars to commercial and specialist vehicles, as well as those unusual requests, they like a challenge!

Our Customer Service and Accounts team deals with everything from providing reporting and management information for customers to invoicing, credit control and penalty and damage recharges.

Trefor Jones

Trefor started Fourways in 2003. His firm belief is that ”If service levels are above clients expectations consistently and delivered at a competitive price then success will always follow”. Fourways history demonstrates this belief.

Janet McCartney

Janet is responsible for Fourways’ key accounts and has spent the majority of her working life in vehicle rental. One of the founders of the company she has gained experience at some of the industry’s largest rental and leasing companies.

Julia Barwick

Sales Manager
Having spent a number of years heading up the Reservations area Julia now looks after some of our key clients as well as developing new business. She has a wealth of experience in the rental industry and is now moving towards her 16th year at Fourways.
Jill Williamson
Operations Manager
Jill manages our Reservations area as well as our Self Drive division, driving forward improvements and ensuring our high levels of customer service and satisfaction are met in both areas. Jill possesses a wealth of experience in the retail and management sectors and has worked at Fourways for over 9 years.
Nicky Vincent
Reservations Manager
Nicky supervises our busy Reservations team, ensuring the smooth day to running and co-ordination of our customers’ rental requirements. Nicky specialises in tracking down those hard to find commercial vehicles and she has over 20 years' of excellent customer services experience.
Lucy Stokes
Sales Executive
Lucy is based in our head office and is a key liaison between our Sales and Reservations areas. She deals with all aspects of customer service queries as well as supporting a wide range of sales and marketing activities. Lucy has worked at Fourways for over 5 years having previously worked within our Reservations Team.
Andy Millichamp
Self Drive Manager
Andy manages the Fourways Self Drive operation on a day to day basis, striving to deliver on excellent customer service, smooth vehicle handovers and a seamless rental experience. Andy brings with him vast expertise of managing in retail and customer service orientated businesses.
